Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, and Neuromuscular techniques to help relieve others of pain and dysfunction. A good massage helps your body heal when you have overdone it … playing or working. It relieves muscle soreness and fatigue and reduces pain. A good deep tissue massage can also help in preparing for sport activities. Choosing the right therapist to help you along your journey to good health is a matter of the therapist’s education, skill and the right “fit” of personalities between the two of you. I hope you'll invite me along on your journey to good health.
Member of American Massage Therapy Association.
